From November 12 to 15, Messe München will be all about innovative technologies when electronica, the world's leading trade fair for electronics, takes place once again. POLYRACK Electronic-Aufbausysteme GmbH has acquired a majority shareholding in VEROTEC Ltd. based in Hampshire, UK. Tim Armstrong will continue as Managing Director of VEROTEC UK and will also remain on board as a shareholder.
This strategic partnership will enable POLYRACK to serve the UK market from a local base in the future.
The partnership will help VEROTEC to expand its capabilities and services to the UK market under the umbrella of POLYRACK TECH-GROUP .
