Complementary, cable wiring is an important part of a system and is manufactured in-house in consideration of VDE and UL conditions. The product specific wiring examinations are basis of our manufacturing philosophy.
In our ESD-compliant assembly of modules, all system-relevant modules are assembled by qualified personnel on the basis of customer requirements or specifications.
Examinations during installations as well as a final inspection report and a serial number trace are part of our general assembly. Upon customer request, this can also be done under UL surveillance.
Important part of our production are standardized as well as customer defined functional and final checks. Partially, they are full-automatically documented and can be traced by the serial number of the products up to the point of board assembly.
The installation of software as well as the needed support with the definition of scenario testing is also part of our service. Internal and external training programs of our employees, e.g. IPC trainings, are the basis of these processes.
