Auf der Messe präsentiert POLYRACK die Breite und Tiefe ihres Technologiespektrums unter anderem anhand verschiedener Kundenprojekte aus den Segmenten Notfall, Diagnose, Labor, Operation und Intensivpflege. Dazu zählen repräsentative Bauteile und Baugruppen aus thermoplastischem Spritzguss sowie Schweißbaugruppen aus Blech. Insbesondere auf kundenspezifische Anforderungen ausgelegt sind die komplexen Systeme und Komponenten aus Kunststoff, Metall, Blech und Guss auch in Materialkombination. Zum Portfolio zählen außerdem die Entwicklung und Integration von Elektronikkomponenten, wie z.B. Touchdisplay. Neben den technischen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen, die POLYRACK erfüllt, kommt auch die optische Komponente nicht zu kurz: Die Oberflächen lassen sich in ihrer Farbgebung per Pulverbeschichtung oder Nasslackierung individualisieren und durch einen Produktnamen oder technische Anschlussbeschriftungen mittels Sieb- und Tampondruckverfahren, HD-Druck oder Laserbeschriftung veredeln.

These include representative components and assemblies made from sheet metal. The complex systems and components made of plastics, metal, sheet metal and die-cast, as well as combinations of materials, are specifically designed to meet customer-specific requirements. The portfolio also includes the development and integration of electronic components, such as touch displays. In addition to the technical and economic requirements that POLYRACK meets, the optical component is not neglected: The surfaces can be individualized in their color scheme by powder coating or wet painting and enhanced by a product name or technical connection inscriptions by means of screen and pad printing processes, HD printing or laser marking.

Claudia Horn: Seit 2012 bin ich Teil des #TeamPOLYRACK und verantworte den Personalbereich für die POLYRACK Unternehmensgruppe. POLYRACK zeichnet sich für mich durch einen hohen Teamgeist, hilfreiche Kollegen und eine gemeinsame Zielverfolgung aus. Ich hatte mir von Beginn an das Ziel gesetzt, den Spagat zwischen dem dynamischen Wachstumskurs der Firmengruppe und der Rekrutierung passender Mitarbeiter zu schaffen.
POLYRACK glaubt an die Parallelen zwischen den Leistungswelten Sport und Business. Auch ich kann mich mit dem Leitbild Sport sehr gut dahin identifizieren, dass Fairplay und Respekt im täglichen Umgang miteinander, aber auch Willensstärke, Leidenschaft und Freude bei der Arbeit wichtige Motivatoren sind, Visionen und Ziele umzusetzen.

Claudia Horn: Es ist uns sehr wichtig, dass Sie die erforderlichen Unterlagen wie Lebenslauf, Arbeitgeberzeugnisse, Referenzen, Zertifikate von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen, etc. für die jeweilige Jobausschreibung vollständig einreichen. Bei Fortbildungen sollten nur die aktuellsten Zertifikate mit eingereicht werden.
Haben Sie Tipps für einen guten Lebenslauf?
Claudia Horn: Grundsätzlich sollte ein Lebenslauf keine Tippfehler enthalten und lückenlos alle Stationen Ihres persönlichen Werdegangs abdecken. Was für uns noch wichtig ist: Seien Sie einzigartig! Seien Sie, Sie selbst! Geben Sie uns einen Einblick in Ihr Talent und in das, was Sie im Beruf antreibt. Wir wollen mit Ihnen wachsen, und dazu gehört nicht nur Ihr Talent, sondern auch Ihre Persönlichkeit!
Wie lange dauert so ein Prozess?
Claudia Horn: Die Prozessdauer ist immer stellenabhängig. Nachdem Sie Ihre Bewerbung eingereicht haben, werden wir Ihre Bewerbung auf wichtige Anforderungen prüfen. Can you tell us something about yourself?
Claudia Horn: I have been part of #TeamPOLYRACK since 2012 and am responsible for HR for the POLYRACK group of companies. For me, POLYRACK is characterized by a high level of team spirit, helpful colleagues and a common pursuit of goals. From the beginning, I set myself the goal of balancing the dynamic growth course of the group of companies with the recruitment of suitable employees.
POLYRACK believes in the parallels between the performance worlds of sports and business. I, too, can identify very well with the sports mission statement that fair play and respect in our daily dealings with each other, but also willpower, passion and joy at work are important motivators for implementing visions and goals.
How do I know which positions you are currently looking to fill?
Claudia Horn: We publish all our vacancies on our careers page. We also have partner networks in schools and with continuing education providers. We are looking for TEAMPLAYERS in all areas. If I have found a job that appeals to me - what do I need to keep in mind when applying at?
Claudia Horn: It is very important to us that you submit the required documents such as your CV, employer references, references, certificates of further training measures, etc. for the respective job posting in full. Do you have any tips for a good resume?
Claudia Horn: Basically, a resume should not contain any typing errors and should cover all stages of your personal career without gaps. What else is important for us: Be unique! Be yourself! Give us an insight into your talent and what drives you in your job. We want to grow with you, and that includes not only your talent, but also your personality!
How long does such a process take?
Claudia Horn: The process duration always depends on the position. After you submit your application, we will review your application for important requirements. We want your application to receive the attention it deserves. If we have any questions, we will contact you and clarify any open questions in an initial interview.
