The Christmas season offers us a moment to reflect and express our gratitude. The entire POLYRACK TECH-GROUP would like to thank you – our customers, suppliers, partners, and everyone who has supported us throughout 2025 – for the trust and appreciationyou haveshown in us.
The 2025 financial year once again brought a number of challenging business tasks. Despite these demanding circumstances, we were able to achieve a satisfactory result. The success of the POLYRACK Group is largely built on recognizing changes at an early stage, managing risks in a targeted way, and consistently seizing the opportunities that arise from change. That’s our driving force to continuously monitor and analyze developments in our key markets and industries – enabling us to actively shape the future.
We look ahead to 2026 with both anticipation and respect, as it promises a range of new projects and exciting challenges. At the same time, we expect changes in the political and economic landscape, to which we will adapt accordingly.

Am 12. November wurde unser Firmengründer und Geschäftsführer Horst Rapp im Neuen Schloss Stuttgart mit der Wirtschaftsmedaille des Landes Baden-Württemberg geehrt. Mit dieser hohen Auszeichnung würdigt das Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Tourismus seine besonderen Verdienste um das Land und die Wirtschaft.
Das Wirtschaftsministerium hebt damit insbesondere hervor:
• herausragende unternehmerische Leistungen,
• die erfolgreiche Entwicklung der POLYRACK TECH GROUP seit der Gründung im Jahr 1979,
• das vorbildliche Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit,
• sowie seinen starken Einsatz für Ausbildung und regionale Vereine.
In ihrer Laudatio betonte Ministerin Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, dass POLYRACK ein Beispiel für baden-württembergischen Erfindergeist, Präzision und verantwortungsvolles Handeln sei. Besonders lobte sie den neuen POLYRACK Tower als nachhaltiges Vorzeigeprojekt sowie die exzellente Ausbildungsarbeit im Unternehmen.
Die Auszeichnung ist nicht nur eine besondere Anerkennung für Horst Rapp – sie ist auch ein Erfolg für die gesamte POLYRACK TECH GROUP. Sie unterstreicht, was das Unternehmen ausmacht: Innovation, Qualität, Zusammenhalt und Verantwortung.

On November 12, our company founder and managing director Horst Rapp was honored with the Baden-Württemberg Economic Medal at the New Palace in Stuttgart. With this prestigious award, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor, and Tourism recognizes his outstanding services to the state and the economy.
The Ministry of Economic Affairs particularly highlights:
• outstanding entrepreneurial achievements,
• the successful development of the POLYRACK TECH GROUP since its foundation in 1979,
• exemplary commitment to sustainability,
• and his strong commitment to education and regional associations.
In her laudatory speech, Minister Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut emphasized that POLYRACK is an example of Baden-Württemberg's inventive spirit, precision, and responsible action. She particularly praised the new POLYRACK Tower as a sustainable showcase project and the excellent training work within the company.
The award is not only a special recognition for Horst Rapp—it is also a success for the entire POLYRACK TECH GROUP. It underscores what the company stands for: innovation, quality, cohesion, and responsibility.

Le 12 novembre, notre fondateur et directeur général Horst Rapp a été décoré de la médaille économique du Land de Bade-Wurtemberg au Nouveau Château de Stuttgart. Avec cette haute distinction, le ministère de l'Économie, du Travail et du Tourisme rend hommage à ses services exceptionnels rendus au Land et à l'économie.
Le ministère de l'Économie souligne ainsi en particulier :
• ses performances entrepreneuriales exceptionnelles,
• le développement réussi du POLYRACK TECH GROUP depuis sa création en 1979,
• son engagement exemplaire en faveur du développement durable,
• ainsi que son engagement fort en faveur de la formation et des associations régionales.
Dans son discours, la ministre Dr Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut a souligné que POLYRACK était un exemple de l'esprit d'innovation, de la précision et de l'action responsable du Bade-Wurtemberg.
