Die POLYRACK TECH-GROUP hat vor kurzem die Zertifizierung nach DIN EN ISO 3834 erworben und bietet schmelzgeschweißte Blech- und Profilgehäuse sowie Schaltschränke nach ISO 3834 an.
Die ISO 3834 garantiert schmelzgeschweißte Bauteile und Konstruktionen in hoher Qualität. Hierfür stellt das Verfahren umfangreiche Anforderungen an das Personal, Maschinen und Anlagen sowie an die erforderliche Dokumentation. „Die Güte einer Schweißverbindung lässt sich oft nicht oder nur sehr schwer beurteilen. Die Zertifizierung gibt unseren Kunden die Gewissheit, ausschließlich Gehäuse und Schaltschränke mit absolut hochwertigen Schweißverbindungen zu erhalten“, erklärt Vitalij Linker, internationaler Schweißtechniker und stellvertretender Fertigungsleiter bei POLYRACK.
Für Produkte, welche über eine Schweißverbindung realisiert werden, hat POLYRACK für die Anwendung von Aluminium oder Chrom-Nickel-Stahl das Zertifikat ISO 3834 für das Schweißen erworben. Das Zertifikat ist vor allem für branchenspezifische Anwendungen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau sowie in der Medizintechnik relevant, insbesondere bei Gehäusen mit Anforderungen für zuverlässige Schutzeigenschaften oder Einsatz in rauen Umgebungsbedingungen. Auf Kundenwunsch qualifiziert POLYRACK weitere Schweißverfahren und Materialien. Dies wird bei POLYRACK bereits in der Entwicklungsphase eines Projekts in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden und den jeweiligen Anforderungen berücksichtigt.

POLYRACK has obtained the ISO 3834 welding certificate for the use of aluminium or chrome-nickel-steel for products that are realised with a welded joint. The certificate is particularly relevant for industry-specific applications in mechanical and systems engineering as well as in medical technology, especially for housings with requirements for reliable protective properties or use in rough environmental conditions. Upon customer request, POLYRACK qualifies further welding processes and materials. At POLYRACK, this is already taken into account during the development phase of a project in coordination with the customer and the respective requirements.
